Organisational Change Consultant Leadership Development and Coaching
Developing Organisational Potential

Susie works primarily with leaders and potential leaders from client organisations to assess and develop their potential and capabilities. She offers counselling, coaching and workshops to support personal and professional growth and behaviour change. Her inspiring and incisive approach have earned her recognition as an effective catalyst for organisational change, particularly in developing leadership at all levels in an organisation, including at Board level and in achieving effective governance.

She is currently in private practice, following seven years as a Senior Consultant with PriceWaterhouse
Coopers' Organisational Change team, with whom she still works as a specialist contractor in leadership development for major NZ clients.

Susie has trained internationally in the processes of evaluation and assessment, developing vision and empowering individuals and organisations to change culture and build effective leadership teams. She is an experienced user of most contemporary psychometric, team-building and assessment tools.

She has a BA (Hons) in Psychology from London University, and spent her early career in social work and community development, and in research. She has been Chair of Amnesty International NZ since 2000, and also serves on international committees to help develop an integrated approach to strategic planning and to develop leadership and governance capability throughout the worldwide organisation.
