Margaret is the initiator of the annual Spirit@Work in Aotearoa/New Zealand Conferences and is the executive director of the Spirit@Work Charitable Trust.

She has a vision of what New Zealand could become -- a country where all life is honoured. Her passion is to bring this about. The first step has been starting the conversation about how can we make our workplaces more holistic? What do we need to do/be to make our work lives meaningful and fulfilling? Knowing that everything in this world is interconnected brings us to the realisation that everything we do makes a difference. Then, how can we each make a significant positive contribution so that we create a future that we desire?
