Open, honest communication and integrity in all relationships are key areas that drive Janeen's own energy and spirit. They underpin her approach to life and business as does maintaining a balanced life - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. These are her core values and form the basis of her mentoring and coaching practices and approach. She has great insight into people's behaviour in relationships and an astute intuition to understand what is going on behind the scenes and what people need to improve their situations.

Janeen is an experienced and talented public speaker and facilitator. In the past decade she has worked with a wide range of companies, from 2 person businesses to multi-nationals, facilitating workshops and coaching the teams in communication and relationship building. She has a strong sales and marketing orientation and an ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. Janeen has facilitated workshops throughout Asia-Pacific for clients such as Cisco, HP, Microsoft and Honeywell in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India. As a presenter, Janeen speaks authentically and intuitively from the heart and her favourite topic is authentic communication.

Janeen has both theory and practice in business and relationship management with qualifications of M. Marketing, Grad. Dip. of Marketing, B. Sc. (Computer Science), Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate in Embodied Relational Dynamics - Australian Institute of Somatic Psychotherapy. Janeen also lectures in Customer Relationship Management to M. Marketing students at Swinburne University in Melbourne.

Acting and dancing are Janeen's other passions and she often treads the boards on stage as a thespian or on the dance floor just for fun.
